Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain operations, including customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery • Proficiency in supply chain financial modeling, including Cost of Capital calculations, warehousing agreements, and materials management specific to supply chain solution proposals. • Presence and credibility with Sales and clients regarding WWT Supply Chain services • Ability to understand the business problem and identify the measurement or business objective. • Excellent communication and engagement skills with all levels of management. • Skilled in managing multiple priorities, including gathering and analyzing information and supporting diverse user groups in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $95,000. to $135,000. Annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. The Supply Chain Solution Consultant is an individual responsible for designing and orchestrating end-to-end supply chain solutions. This role collaborates with Sales, Clients, the Global PMO in Supply Chain Operations, Integration Center Labs, Order Management, and other stakeholders to collect requirements, develop scopes of work, cost models, and pricing for supply chain engagements. The Solution Consultant ensures solutions align with organizational capabilities and customer requirements, leveraging deep knowledge of WWT's warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations. By leveraging their expertise, the Solution Consultant mitigates risks, articulates the inherent value of WWT services, and fortifies client relationships. They work closely with clients, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Work is accomplished with moderate supervision and follows established and detailed directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with WWT sales teams to align sales and support efforts, driving cohesive and effective engagement strategies. • Develop scopes of work and pricing models, including supply chain lab services and warehousing. • Analyze bills of material to assess size, scale, and complexity, and identify resource requirements. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all solution components are addressed, including hardware, configuration, and logistics. • Understand and communicate the flow of goods from OEM to customers, including consignment, warehousing, and shipping processes. • Identify and address potential challenges, such as special power requirements, international shipping, and customer-specific configurations. • Maintain awareness of legal and contractual considerations related to warehousing and order management. • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to extract requirements from stakeholders and resolve ambiguities. • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain management. • Mentor and support Supply Chain-focused Solution Specialists, guiding deals and solution design.
