SR. MANAGER, ONLINE DATA SCIENCE, STRATEGY AND ANALYTICS
About the position Responsibilities • Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges. • Oversee the creation of analytical models to support e-commerce initiatives. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in e-commerce. • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling. • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience with machine learning techniques. • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing. • Knowledge of data visualization tools.
