Supply Planner- Remote, US

About the position Responsibilities • Analyze and utilize business data for creating a comprehensive supply plan. • Work with the manufacturing plant to define rough-cut capacity plans and identify constraints. • Track execution and identify demand and supply gaps to drive balanced demand/supply resolution. • Define inventory entitlement and safety stock levels based on product segmentation strategies. • Support near-term planning processes by monitoring production attainment and optimization. • Proactively identify and escalate risks in missed commitments and inventory gaps. • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production Schedulers, Quality, and Engineering to meet customer demands. • Maintain accurate replenishment signals to ensure smooth material flow to manufacturing. • Monitor and work cross-functionally to reduce product lead times. • Support Demand planning and Product management in NPI & phase in/phase out processes. • Define and incorporate new processes and best practices as business needs evolve. Requirements • 4 year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field. • 2-3 years of supply chain experience with exposure to SIOP processes. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data manipulation. • Ability to recognize trends within data and translate them into supply plans. • Familiarity with manufacturing concepts and end-to-end supply chain practices. • Mindset of continuous improvement and efficiency in workload execution. • Ability to lead through influence and communicate across diverse stakeholders. • Experience with supply chain planning tools and forecasting systems (ERP, Planning Tools). Nice-to-haves • Experience with Logility or Kinaxis planning tools. • Familiarity with HVAC products and supply chain dynamics in that sector.
