Overview We are seeking a visionary Vice President (VP) of Product Management to lead innovation and growth within our education technology solutions portfolio. This executive role will focus on creating impactful digital solutions for K-12, higher education, and research institutions, driving student success and institutional efficiency. As VP, you will lead a dynamic product team responsible for the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design through market launch and adoption. Your expertise in education technology trends, learning management systems, compliance requirements, and institutional workflows will shape solutions that empower educators, administrators, and students alike. Responsibilities • Lead a team to deliver innovative edtech solutions from concept to execution and adoption. • Define a product vision and roadmap that aligns with evolving needs in student experience, compliance, and accessibility standards. • Develop deep partnerships with educational institutions, accreditation bodies, and technology ecosystems. • Serve as a thought leader in education innovation, influencing both internal teams and the broader industry. • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to create targeted go-to-market strategies for K-12 and higher education markets. • Shape pricing strategies that reflect institutional funding structures and adoption patterns. • Monitor trends such as AI in education, adaptive learning, and digital credentialing to keep our solutions ahead of the curve. • Establish performance metrics tied to student outcomes, institutional impact, and market growth. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred). • 12+ years of experience in education technology product management, with 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level. • Deep knowledge of academic operations, student lifecycle, learning management systems, and compliance frameworks.
