Maintain regular use of the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks, continuously improving your performance and contributing to the team's success. Assist with Credit Bureau Requests utilizing established processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions. Refer escalated calls or inquiries to appropriate levels as needed, demonstrating sound judgment and a customer-centric approach. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, as well as basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to organize simultaneous tasks, and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service are also required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Familiarity with Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing or similar programs, with a strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
