REQUIRED:

? Ability to work a 3 weekday/2 weekend day schedule
? Open to going in-person for Lowell, AR office for 1st shift. Comes along with pay increase

#1 Objective: Providing Service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You will be helping truckers who need roadside assistance.
Your specific duties will include: Call Center / Customer Service
? Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers that call in
? Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
? Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
? Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
? Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require.

Skills required: Call Center / Customer Service
? High School Diploma or GED
? Ability to move fast fix problems and be nice
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
? Work from home experience preferred
? History of great attendance
? Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
? PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
? Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously.
? Strong technical skills.
? Must be articulate and professional
? Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification.
