Job Title: Cleaning Specialist (Full-time, Part-time, Contract)

Location: Spring, Texas

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Tips: 100% of tips go to the cleaner

You will be representing our company when interacting with clients, so professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities: ? Perform standard, deep, and move-out cleaning tasks according to company SOPs. ? Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for clients and their property. ? Work efficiently to meet assigned schedules and expectations. ? Communicate effectively with clients and team members. ? Ensure all tasks are completed to the best of your ability.

Requirements: ? 1-2 years of cleaning experience required. ? Must have your own cleaning equipment (mop, vacuum, broom, duster, towels/rags, and cleaning solutions for various surfaces such as hardwood, tile, etc.). ? Reliable transportation is a MUST. ? Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions precisely. ? Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team. ? Punctuality and reliability are critical. ? A clean criminal record is preferred; applicants with a criminal history may not be considered.
