3 Things That Are Needed For This Job:
1. 2+ years of success as an agency recruiter in the Top 10% of your company + have the awards and accolades to prove it
2. Positive, driven personality
3. Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required if you have the experience
Experience placing doctors and or nurses in a locum tenens capacity, preferred
3 Things You Will Be Doing In The Job:
1. New Business Development: Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in clients
2. Recruitment: Utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, JAX, to find candidates who match your clients open positions
