? Training schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm for 12 weeks
? After training schedule: Availability between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM on Monday-Friday

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Be the initial point of contact for inquiries regarding pensions and financial benefits
? Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
? Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
? Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system
? Maintain proficiency within client rules/guidelines and program policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma/GED
? Must be 18 years of age
? Ability to pass a criminal background check
? Previous customer service and/or call center experience
? Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
