What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Generate accurate and timely invoices for multiple contract projects with government clients
• Review and analyze contract agreements, bill codes, cost variables, and other documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries
• Maintain detailed records of billing activities using designated accounting software
• Monitor and reconcile billing reports to identify discrepancies and errors

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or financial analysis
• Familiarity with government contract billing processes and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint 8 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience within a federal contracting firm or similar industry
• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently
