As a Client Financial Services Representative, you'll hold a key role in posting and reconciling client and insurance payments. Experience in Cash Posting or Accounts Receivables is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: ? Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in posting payments and reconciling accounts. ? Data Entry: Proficiency in entering financial data quickly and accurately. ? Customer Service: Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts. ? Communication Skills: Clearly communicating with team members and other departments. ? Proficiency with Accounting Software: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools. ? Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts. ? Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or GED ? Experience or knowledge of insurance billing/collection practices, required ? Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding ? Knowledge of EFTs, EOBs and basic understanding of medical and insurance terminology, required
