Culinary Team Member
Job Summary:
Culinary Team Members at Burger King play a vital role in providing delicious meals to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our high standards, ensuring that every order is served quickly, efficiently, and with great care.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking, including chopping, portioning, and storing food before use.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to cook and plate menu items smoothly.
- Ensure timely and high-quality food presentation and service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work areas during your shift.
- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards set by the restaurant.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or as a prep cook.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; attendance at culinary school is a plus.
