Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
