Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Rep to join forces with a pioneering leader in digital technologies. This position interfaces with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs.

Pay: $20-$25/hour
Location: Bartlesville (on-site)
Responsibilities: ? Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish ? Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs ? Ensure invoices are accurate and send to customers ? Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity ? Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
Skills and Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments ? Attention to detail, team player and self-starter ? Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
