What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Become Smartsheet Product Certified and manage customer cases via email, phone, and chat
• Strive to exceed performance goals in customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and attendance
• Collaborate with leaders to achieve team objectives
• Develop expertise in a specific product area and provide 1:1 live training to customers
• Contribute to team projects and provide feedback on processes and leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone manner and strong writing skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Technical support experience in a SaaS environment
• Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
