Description
CVS Health is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our customer service team. Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? At least one year of customer service experience
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment
? Exceptional problem-solving skills
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
? Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
? Provide information about products and services
? Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
? Maintain customer records by updating account information
? Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
? Achieve performance targets and adhere to quality standards

Educational Qualifications

Experience
? Minimum of one year of customer service experience
