Responsibilities
? Enter and update data accurately into our database and spreadsheets.
? Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
? Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.
? Generate reports and summaries for management as needed.
? Support the team in maintaining an efficient workflow and office environment.
? Collaborate with other departments to gather and input necessary information.
? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administrative assistance is a plus.
? Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant.
? Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
? Familiarity with data protection principles and confidentiality practices.
