Data Entry Operator / Executive Administrative Assistant - USA REMOTE

UnitedHealth is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator/Executive Administrative Assistant to join our remote team in the USA. Responsibilities
? Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases.
? Assist in maintaining electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
? Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
? Conduct research and compile data for reports as needed.
? Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and updates.
? Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
? Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills; experience with data entry software is a plus.
? Effective written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
