Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage accounts, attract new business, negotiate deals, and develop market strategies to enhance our presence in the industry.
Responsibilities
? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
? Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service and account management.
? Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the technology sector.
? Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
? Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
? Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
? Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within technology or technical sales.
? Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
? Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
? Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and reporting purposes.
? Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
? Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies effectively.
? Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining focus on sales objectives.

? Negociar contratos y cerrar acuerdos para maximizar beneficios, asegurando siempre la satisfacci? del cliente.
? Colaborar con los equipos de marketing para alinear estrategias de venta con campa?s promocionales.

Requisitos
? Experiencia comprobada en un rol de liderazgo en ventas, preferiblemente en tecnolog? o ventas t?nicas.
? Excelentes habilidades de negociaci? con un historial de cierres de tratos exitosos.
? Orientaci? al servicio al cliente con la capacidad de desarrollar una buena relaci? con los clientes.
? Proficiencia en Salesforce o software similar de CRM para la gesti? de cuentas y reportes.
? Habilidades excepcionales de liderazgo con la capacidad de motivar e inspirar a un equipo.
? Fuertes habilidades anal?icas para evaluar tendencias de mercado y adaptar estrategias eficazmente.
? Capacidad para trabajar en colaboraci? entre departamentos manteniendo el enfoque en los objetivos de venta.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
Schedule:
? 10 hour shift
? Monday to Friday
? Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
