Position: Paraeducators/Educational Technicians (Ed Techs)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Paraeducators/Educational Technicians to join our team in Portland, ME. There are multiple openings across the district, supporting students in self-contained classrooms, social-emotional learning, and behavioral support.

Qualifications: ? High School Diploma ? Educational Technician Certification (can be pending at the time of interview; application process is straightforward) ? Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are also welcome to apply

Compensation:
? Starting at approximately $25/hour
? Reimbursement available for Ed Tech certification costs

Key Responsibilities: ? Provide one-on-one and small group support to students ? Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) ? Support students in social-emotional and behavioral development ? Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
