? Assist skilled laborers in their tasks as required
? Perform physical labor such as lifting, moving, or disposing of materials
? Operate hand and power tools of various types
? Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and setup for various tasks
? Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
? Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
? Perform basic maintenance of work tools and equipment
? Participate in training and safety programs to improve skills and knowledge
? Identify potential hazards or safety concerns and report to supervisors
? Work in various weather conditions and environments
? Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor
? Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day to eliminate potential hazards
? Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials
? Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
? Assist in the building or construction of various things
? Handle and transport materials and equipment
? Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
? Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Previous experience in a similar role is preferred ? Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks ? Ability to work in all weather conditions ? Workers must be punctual and reliable ? Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions ? Valid driver?s license may be required
