Responsibilities
? Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
? Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions.
? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
? Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
? Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline, managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
? Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on your progress and successes.
Qualifications
? Proven Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a successful track record of placing candidates in various industries.
? Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet ambitious recruitment targets.
? Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
? Networking Skills: Established professional network and the ability to expand connections within the industry.
? Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media for sourcing and networking.
Compensation:
This position is 100% commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential. You will earn a commission for each successful placement, with the opportunity to make up to unlimited amounts per hire. The more placements you make, the more you earn.
