Scope of Job
? Assist AVE Frontera family leaders with the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of FCP at STC.
? Provide guidance on FCP projects for students in person and/or using social media platforms.
? Participate in planning meetings with lead team and AVE Frontera.
? Provide support to AVE Frontera family leaders during classroom visits.
? Assist the lead team members during data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
? Provide support to AVE Frontera with planning, organizing, and implementation of community events and at UTRGV and/or STC.
? Assist the lead team on the design, implementation, and evaluation of faculty training activities.
? Provide mentorship opportunities to STC students in person and/or social media platforms.

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in STEM-related field
Quantitative and Qualitative research and analysis
