Essential Responsibilities
? Provide on site and remote technical direction to site personnel and customers.
? Prepare job planning documents that define the work scope being performed through
? engineering instructions, drawings, and process instructions;
? Provide leadership to skilled labor performing work on customer sites;
? Troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for a wide range of equipment
? such as power transformers, switchgear, protection relays, control systems, and motors.
? Troubleshoot electrical problems in the substations on wind and solar plants.
? Perform administrative functions such as writing technical reports, ordering materials,
? securing quotations, and preparing job completion reports to customers.
? Exercise good judgment in controlling costs
? Maintain strong safety mindset at all times

Required Qualifications
? High School Diploma / GED

Desired Characteristics
? Live within 100 Miles of Corona NM
? Previous High voltage experience
? Familiar with test equipment and testing procedures for transformers, relays, breakers, and
? underground splices.
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
? Must be able to read schematics.
? Ability to write and interpret switching orders.
? Required to mentor and train unqualified technicians
? Proven experience in leading field service team;
? Safety must be top priority.
? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
? Willingness to travel;
? Flexibility required;
? Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SmartSheets,
? Basic Workplace First Aid
