Position Overview
As a Remote Home Care Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to match top talent with great workplaces. Your responsibilities will include conducting virtual interviews, engaging with candidates, and providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to all employment inquiries, showcasing our unique culture.
Conduct virtual interviews with candidates using our current software.
Schedule and conduct applicant interviews efficiently (aim for 8-10 per day).
Assist with digital onboarding paperwork.
Act as the main point of contact for all incoming leads, swiftly converting them into interviews.
Maintain and monitor our recruitment systems, adjusting settings as needed to achieve growth goals.
Update job posts weekly to generate a high volume of applications.
Develop creative recruitment strategies to overcome challenges and reach prospective candidates.
Collaborate with branch staff to determine staffing needs and facilitate new hires.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Experience In Human Resource Recruiting Is Preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
