Inbound call center/ Customer Service - Remote

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Expected Duration: 03+ months Rolling Contract

Job Description:
? The Remote Customer Care Agents will support the client.
? They will specifically support the users who utilize the Financial Banking Cards.
? In slower times, they will be able to support other areas of the business.
? This will only be handling inbound calls.

Responsibilities: ? Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence. ? Answers questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries. ? Provides requested information. ? Maintain updated records and logs. ? Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education/Skills/Experience Requirements
? High School diploma or GED.
? A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service.
? Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software.
? Must pass PC Knowledge Test.
? Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other Customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions.
? Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality

Training:
1 week of Microsoft Teams meetings, followed by a couple weeks of being on the phone, then another week of follow-up Microsoft Teams training.
