Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Position ? Pennsylvania

Position Overview:
? Hourly Pay: $48?53 per hour, based on experience
? Work Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time options available
? Remote Position: Conduct therapy and evaluations from home
? Caseload: Average of 25 students with diverse speech and language needs across different grade levels
? Employment Type: Independent contractor (1099)

Your Responsibilities: ? Virtual Therapy: Provide tailored remote therapy sessions to meet the individual needs of students. ? Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' speech and language needs and develop appropriate interventions. ? Collaboration: Work closely with parents, educators, and school teams to create and implement personalized treatment plans. ? Behavioral Support: Develop strategies to assist students with speech disorders and related behavioral challenges.

What We?re Looking For:
? Education: Master?s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
? Certifications: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and eligibility for or possession of a Pennsylvania state license.
? Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
? Skills: Strong communication abilities to collaborate with students, parents, and educational teams effectively.
? Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using online tools and virtual platforms for therapy and assessments (Zoom, online therapy tools, etc.).
