We're seeking a Proactive and Dynamic Junior Graphic Designer!

Reports To

This person will report directly to the Creative Manager. We don't use a lot of fancy titles here, but you will report directly to all levels in the company from the top to bottom.

Responsibilities and Duties
Design engaging and responsive email designs for weekly marketing campaigns using Figma and HTML.
Collaborate with the marketing teammates to ensure cohesive messaging and aesthetics across all designs.
Provide critical creative support in updating and maintaining Chike's website and third party storefronts like Amazon and Shopify with new products, promotions, and content.
Assist in implementing design changes and optimizations based on user feedback and data insights.
Conduct monthly audits of the website and digital assets to ensure visual consistency and optimize user engagement.
Design and run A/B tests for various online campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new marketing campaigns.
Support the marketing team with graphic design tasks for social media, online ads, and other promotional materials.
Ensure all designs met the guidelines and standards set by the Chike brand.
Work under the supervision of the Creative Manager to meet deadlines and project goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
Proficient in Figma, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop & Illustrator).
Experience with email marketing design and responsive layouts.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Famiiarity with web design and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, particularly in digital media.
Excellent communication skills and ability to receive constructive feedback.
