Responsibilities
? Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from clients seeking mental health support.
? Provide accurate information regarding The Haven's services and offerings.
? Empathize with clients to create a supportive and understanding environment during chat interactions.
? Assist clients in navigating our platform and accessing the resources available to them.
? Document chat interactions and maintain accurate records of client communications for follow-up purposes.
? Collaborate with mental health professionals to refer clients to appropriate services when necessary.
? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while interacting with clients.
? High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology or mental health-related field preferred.
? Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the mental health care industry.
? Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
? Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations or when dealing with distressed clients.
? Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
