As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Qualifications
? Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
? Current CPR certification required
? IV certification required if required by state regulations
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
? Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
