Responsibilities

? Document customer interactions accurately in our database for future reference.
? Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
? Handle outbound calling when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
? Assist with data entry tasks as needed to ensure accurate record-keeping.
? Provide support for cash handling processes when applicable.
Requirements
? Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and using chat support software.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
? Ability to analyze problems effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
