Paralegal: Probate and Trust Admin (Temp/Temp-to-Hire)
$32 - $45 per hour | Orange, CA | On-Site | Consulting
Hybrid Schedule (1-2 Days in Office per week) | Full-time consulting/temp role w/option to convert to a permanent role!

Job Details
? Support attorneys in probate and trust administration, focusing on transactional work.
? Draft and prepare legal documents (petitions, inventories, accountings, trust agreements).
? Organize and manage case files efficiently.
? Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and relevant parties.
? Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information.
? Schedule meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
? Handle a high volume of cases with precision.
? Apply Southern California court rules.
? Manage trust administration tasks (dividing estates, handling correspondence).
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred. ? Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and trust administration. ? Strong understanding of probate and trust laws. ? Excellent communication skills. ? Proficient in legal research and document preparation. ? Highly organized and detail-oriented. ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. ? Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Hybrid work environment (1-2 days in office).
