Furnish proof of transaction, reimbursements, entry tickets, and currency exchange. ? Resolve customer grievances by providing relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and offering solutions to their problems. ? It is essential to ensure that the checkout counters are neat and tidy at all times. ? Keep track of transactions recorded on balance sheets and alert management of any inconsistencies.
Qualifications: ? Previous employment in a Retail Cashier or similar customer service position with verifiable experience. ? Basic PC knowledge. ? Capable of working with electronic devices such as POS systems and cash registers. ? Good math skills. ? Strong communication and time management abilities are indispensable in the modern workplace. ? Customer satisfactionoriented. ?
