Part Time Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote)

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and provide top-notch customer support from anywhere in the world? We?re seeking a Part-Time Live Chat Agent to assist with various administrative tasks, requiring high attention to detail and excellent English proficiency. This role does not require advanced math skills, and full training will be provided. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are much more... critical!

What you will be doing: You?ll be managing incoming customer support inquiries via live chat on businesses? websites and social media platforms. This includes handling queries from existing customers and responding to potential new customers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
Ability to work independently and meticulously follow provided instructions
Minimum of 10+ hours of availability per week
Reliable internet connection.
Location: Fully remote (preference for candidates from the United States)
