Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Part-Time Remote Apple Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Apple to our customers, helping them discover and experience Apple products in an engaging and meaningful way. As a remote specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service, guide users through product features, and create personalized experiences to help customers make the most of their Apple products, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, chat, and email regarding Apple products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting the right Apple products based on their needs and preferences.

Experience

Working Hours

• Part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
