Key Responsibilities
? IEP Development: Collaborate with families and specialists to formulate and oversee Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives tailored to each student's distinct requirements.
? Progress Monitoring: Consistently assess student progress and deliver detailed reports that emphasize their accomplishments and areas for growth.
? Caseload Management: Oversee a caseload of 10-15 students, ensuring each receives individualized attention and support.
? Collaboration: Partner with an onsite paraprofessional to facilitate instructional processes and provide direct student assistance.

Required Skills
? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
? Proficient in effectively working remotely while coordinating with onsite support staff.
? Experience in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and working with students who have varied learning needs.

Qualifications
? Must possess a valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate.
? A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related discipline is required.
? Previous experience with students who have diverse learning needs is preferred.
? Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
