Key Responsibilities
? Develop and implement a data-driven YouTube growth strategy to increase views, engagement, and subscribers.
? Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum discoverability.
? Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities.
? Monitor YouTube analytics, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
? Collaborate with content creators to enhance video structure, retention, and overall channel performance.

Qualifications
? Resume in English
? English fluency at C1 or C2 level
? Proven experience in YouTube SEO, audience growth, and video optimization.
? Strong knowledge of YouTube?s algorithm, ranking factors, and content strategies.
? Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
? Experience in video content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content accordingly.
? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
