Job Title: Product Manager / Product Owner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner with expertise in payment processing to lead the development of digital payment solutions. This role requires strong skills in requirement elicitation, product roadmap management, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will analyze payment workflows, optimize processes, and drive seamless integration of payment systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, analyzing business needs for payment processing, settlements, and reconciliation. ? Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives. ? Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences. ? Work closely with engineering teams to design, test, and implement payment solutions. ? Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as PCI-DSS, PSD2, and AML/KYC. ? Analyze payment workflows, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency. ? Monitor transaction performance, fraud risks, and security measures. ? Generate reports and dashboards to track payment KPIs and business metrics. ? Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on payment initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field. ? Experience in payment processing, settlements, and financial transactions. ? Strong understanding of payment gateways, card networks (Visa, Mastercard), and cross-border transactions. ? Hands-on experience with API-based payment integrations (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Adyen). ? Expertise in business analysis tools and working in Agile environments. ? Proficiency in JIRA, MIRO, Aha!, Draw.io, Visio, and Azure DevOps. ? Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools. ? Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Payments (NACHA, SWIFT). ? Experience with AI-driven fraud detection and risk management in payments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
