What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
? Service providers through multiple channels, including phone and chat
? Triage contacts from healthcare professionals and address their needs
? Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues
? Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
? Must be 18 years of age or older
? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in analyzing and solving customer concerns
? Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn complex systems
? Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in an office, call center, or customer service environment using phones and computers
? Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
