Responsibilities: ? Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. ? Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. ? Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. ? Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. ? Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. ? Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ? Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. ? Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
