Remote Administrative Assistant - Subrogation Practice (Florida)

Derrevere Stevens Black & Cozad is currently seeking a detail-oriented, team-focused Administrative Assistant to help keep things running smoothly for our Subrogation Practice. The position will be fully remote and will utilize cutting-edge legal technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening and closing case files, preparing and send correspondence, organizing electronic documents, and performing other administrative tasks to support the team. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, be a team player with a positive attitude, be willing to learn and grow in their role, have excellent organization and communication skills, and have the ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team. Law firm and/or prior administrative data entry experience is required.
