Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and reliable Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for those looking to gain experience in client support roles...Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent remote support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
• Conduct research to resolve complex client issues and provide accurate solutions
• Maintain updated client records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Present information effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to client support
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role
• Motivated and reliable individual who can work independently
• Strong presentation and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor?s degree in a related field is a plus
