Remote - Contact Center Inbound Customer Service - Full Time

General Duties
? Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.
? Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
? Establish and maintain customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
? Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and an internet speed test.
? Track Record of Excellent Attendance
? Prior customer service experience a plus
? Strong computer skills and typing proficiency.
? High school diploma or equivalent experience.
? Reliable Cell Phone for VPN Connection.
