The Opportunity:

We currently have an accessible remote opportunity for the position of Live Chat Agent. This an entry-level job catering to candidates with a knack for seamless and eye-catching customer service. In this role, you will interface directly with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our resources to enhance their experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via online live chat. - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues and escalate when appropriate. - Share relevant information about our services and features to enhance customer understanding. - Work diligently to meet and exceed customer service and productivity targets. - Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer's needs are thoroughly addressed.
