We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Support representative to join our team. This position can be remote or office-based, providing assistance to customers through online chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat ? Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution ? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ? Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications: ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong problem-solving abilities ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively ? Previous customer service experience is a plus ? Proficiency in typing and computer skills

Experience:
? 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
? Experience with live chat support software is preferred

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 25 USD per hour(Seattle WA)
