Hire LBS is seeking a proactive and driven Remote Sales Associate to join our team! As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in outbound calling, building connections, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: ? Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to introduce products or services and generate interest. ? Engage potential customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. ? Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. ? Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts. ? Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call targets and conversion goals. ? Stay informed about the company?s products, services, and market trends to deliver effective sales pitches. ? Provide feedback to the management team to enhance lead quality and overall sales processes.
