Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to secure the best deals for clients
Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budget constraints
Strong background in hospitality and customer service
Proficient in sales techniques to upsell travel packages and services
Excellent knowledge of travel planning including booking systems and reservation software
Familiarity with hotel accommodations and amenities
Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors
Strong customer service skills
Open to learning about travel planning and itinerary organization
Ability to work within budget constraints
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Sales experience preferred, not required
Background in hotel operations or hospitality industry is a plus
