Remote Typist ? Data Entry Specialist (Work From Home)

Alliance Wealth Management Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Typist ? Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: ? Accurately transcribe and input financial and client data into our systems and databases. ? Ensure timely and precise data entry to maintain updated and organized client files and financial records. ? Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. ? Correct any discrepancies or errors found during data entry or data review. ? Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and identify areas for efficiency. ? Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred). ? Proven experience in data entry or typing roles. ? Strong typing speed (at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy). ? Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on accuracy. ? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software. ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Previous experience in the financial, wealth management, or similar industry is a plus, but not required.

Additional Skills:
