Job Requirements: ? Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field ? Preferred: ServSafe Certification- Assistance and education is provided if not certified ? Energetic and excellent communication skills ? Practical/hands-on approach ? Foster Teamwork ? Provide daily coaching and feedback ? Managing budgets ? Training and development ? Analytical skills
