The job role of a Kohl's Retail Inventory Specialist encompasses maintaining inventory levels, restocking shelves, and organizing products efficiently to guarantee easy accessibility by customers. This will support the positive shopping experience and promote efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities: ? Update and replenish inventory on display racks and shelves. ? Maintain accurate inventory data by conducting regular audits and promptly making updates. ? A key aspect of establishing a positive reputation in the retail industry is properly labeling and displaying products. ? Play a role in the unpacking and receiving of incoming packages. ? It is imperative to maintain a workspace that is clean and well-structured. ? Work collaboratively with your team members to keep your inventory stocked and organized. ? An individual is needed to assist with picking and packing products to fulfill online orders quickly and accurately.
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Ability to lift and move heavy objects. ? Immaculate attention to detail and unwavering accuracy. ? Capacity to cope up and work effectively in a fast-paced work ambiance. ? Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. ? Good organizational and time-management skills.
